Engineer Mario and Lisbeth Malinis, prominent in the dry cleaning business in the Philippines, arrived in Washington, DC, United States, from Paris, France, via Air France last Oct. 28. They are delegates in the Advance Dry Cleaningcourses at the International Fabricare Institute in Silver Spring, Maryland. The couple owns the chain of dry cleaning and laundry services of Royal Clean in Cavite, Philippines.They are members of the Association of Professional Dry Cleaners and Launderers in the United States. They will tour and observe dry cleaning establishments in the United States after their stint in Maryland before returning to the Philippines.
